This is a SELF GUIDED WORKOUT. T2BB’s version of a hybrid open gym concept. Any partner can train FOLLOWING a guided workout during designated on/off peak hours.
Blitzes are wallboard (or video) timer workouts. One (1) or two (2) challenging intensities will be offered. Fitness Coach supervision available in first 5 minutes for review of exercises, execution and safety.
Blitz training will allow one (1) to six (6) people to participate for 45 minutes in length. Average offerings per day are between three (3) and seven (7) daily.
