Why you love yoga:
I love yoga because it gets me out of my head! It is difficult to ground and find peace in a busy, busy, fast paced world! Yoga is my surrender, my touch stone. It reminds me that where ever I am at in my life, my schedule, my training (or lack there of!), I have a place to start from that is grounded and rooted.
Your teaching style: Vinyasa Flow, Yin
Favorite Yoga poses:
I love balancing poses like crow, tree, dancer and standing hand to big toe pose. These poses teach curiosity, courage and of course, humility (when you fall out of the pose to gather yourself and return again)!
Yoga at T2BB is intended to improve endurance levels by utilizing poses of yoga and intelligent sequencing to stretch, strengthen and balance your core, spine, shoulders and hips.
