No matter your level of flexibility, these hip and thigh openers, core strengtheners and balance postures are creatively linked together.
Yoga at T2BB is intended to improve endurance levels by utilizing poses of yoga and intelligent sequencing to stretch, strengthen and balance your core, spine, shoulders and hips.
*Ski Performance II*
A power endurance approach to training for all winter activities. Focus on leg power, agility, and strength. Extreme core strength exercises, quick agility movements, and circuits, using medicine balls, bands, and kettle bells.
This high intensity group training is designed to not only get you conditioned but to improve your skill! We train at a high level progressively along with exercises to resist injury, especially the knees and back. Your highest potential is tested thus, the goal is to enter the winter season as if you never left!
*Metabolic Power Training*
A fun, fast paced, full body beating of all areas of energy system development (ESD) conditioning.
This circuit style, high-level training, with limited rest (metabolic) magnifies total body strength that is often missed during the skiing season.
In addition, this style of training will augment/maintain the winter sport activities to come.
Yoga-lates is generally a replacement class for either Yoga or Pilates, when T2BB has had a sudden scheduling conflict and we combine Pilates and Yoga as a result.
Please remain in the class and see what surprises are in store for you. There will be a focus on stretch and pose with Pilates concepts.

*Kettlebell (KB) Work Capacity*
Kettle bells (KB)—those heavy cast iron balls that closely resemble a cannonball with a handle on top—can radically transform your body. An early 1700s Russia training philosophy will be integrated into 21st century metabolic full body training! Learn kettlebell technique that will quickly transfer to a high level of strength, power, and overall metabolic conditioning.
Basic KB technique is combined with a high level of load over time. Work Capacity will combine 2-3 basic KB exercises with low reps and many sets. This ensures quality of movement over a specific time in addition to power endurance.
