What does the T2BB culture mean to you: I wanted to be a fitness coach here because of the awesome folks that share their sweat, blood and goals in this facility. I love how T2BB focuses on their clients’ whole lifestyle, not just if their memberships are paid up!
Favorite Exercise: Anything that involves heavy lifting!!!
Least Favorite Exercise: If I never did a single leg bridge or a crab walk/shuffle again, I would be a happy man!!!
What do you do when you’re not whipping people into fitness shape: My family and I love spending hot summer days on a lake with our paddleboards and our friends. My favorite winter activity is catching a plane somewhere south and finding a beach in Mexico or the islands! And if I can catch a concert somewhere…life is good!
If you were a superhero who would it be & why: Batman of course!! A man who’s only issue holding him back is himself, who thrives in bringing people to justice in the dead of night! Plus, his alter ego is the filthy rich Bruce Wayne! No brainer!!
Specialties: Focusing on people who want to do the work. If they come to me in the gym and want to put in the work, I will do everything in my power to help them! If they don’t want to do the work…stay home!!

A summer, on occasion outdoor workout to maintain overall strength & conditioning without sacrificing your outdoor activities. Concentrate on pillar core strength and upper body power thru kettle bells, dumbbells and high level core exercises to stay strong.
High intensity but low volume for legs thru agility drills coupled with full body exercises that will boost the remaining days of summer activity.
Quantified is a a circuit style, strength & power high-level team training class with limited rest (metabolic).
This type of training targets fat loss and quicker muscle gain. Learn that exercising vigorously will help you LOOK better, FEEL better and PERFORM better!
A high level core (pillar) strengthening program. Use of medicine balls, body weight partner drills, and plank positionings will be used to ensure your core can handle any activity.

Coaches Choice is a collection is just that - the Coaches choice for class! C.C. gives members a break from the norm and the Coach a break from the norm too. Maybe you will vote!
This workout augments high intensity performance from the get go! Coaches Choice is designed to be progressive within the week (normally week to week). Training is designed to be fun and filled with variety. Because we have only a week to progress, progression will be swift and intense but fun!
We utilize this type of training during interim weeks - when class sessions fall to 5 or 6 weeks instead of 4. Consider this your Funhouse week!
ViPR 101 is a newly created class. ViPR bridges the gap between movement and strength training.
It combines full-body movement with load, enhancing vitality, performance and reconditioning goals.
*Metabolic Balance Training*
Your lungs will be tested at a high level in preparation for Spring/Summer activities. Training drills in addition to a lot of single leg circuit training will prepare you for any outdoor activity.
Whether you like to hike, run, bike, kayak, or rock climb, T2BB will enhance and perfect your level of readiness during this Spring training bout.
