Classes - Team Training (55 min)

T2BB Team Classes are seasonally designed, progressive and run for 55 minutes. We follow a time tested Taper, Build, Build, Taper philosophy, beginning with a Teach week at the beginning of each month. Although you can begin training at any time.

Class offerings change monthly - to keep you motivated and follow our recreational seasons. If you don’t cow-tow to this mountain town phenomenon, that’s okay too! Every class is built to hit all systems of the body.

We offer different types of Team classes every month plus ongoing Stretch and Pilates classes to complement and well…encourage stretch upon our members, because everyone NEEDS stretching!

 

Classes - Small Group Training (45 min)

Small Group training is created in effort to accommodate more training opportunities in a smaller setting. Especially, if you need a quick high level full body workout to get in & out of the gym faster.

Small Groups are 6 max in one room to ensure the highest quality of movement. This allows our Fitness Coaches to adapt our tools to suit you. Safety is our No. 1, 2 and 3 priorities.

Small Group workouts mimic movement occurring in our monthly classes in either Metabolic or Strength focused 45 minute sessions.
