Jumpstart Your Fitness

Getting Started usually occurs like this:

  1. Contact us with any questions and let us know if you are interested in a 30-day Trial Membership. We will answer any questions and / or set up a consult to prepare the best plan to begin achieving results immediately.

  2. Attend consult, fill out a little paperwork and discuss with a coach any fitness, medical & injury history and your goals and thoughts. In addition, go through a few exercises to better understand how you move.

  3. Begin Semi-Privates (3 spread out over the month) and unlimited classes. Fitness Coaches will guide you to the best approach to training.

  4. Experience all of T2BB’s offerings as you become more familiar with our coaching style & philosophy.

  5. At the conclusion of your Trial, you have the option to discontinue with no further obligation, choose one of five 12-month membership options (most economical), or punch card options that best fits your schedule & needs.
